BABs Team GREAT JOB tonight... Tonight was no joke and we all made it thru. Each and everyone of you mean so much to me. You all inspire me and I couldn't ask for a more FABULOUS group of diva's to do this training/show with. You're like a second family to me and all your strength and energy helps me get thru it all and without you all i wouldn't be able to do this. BABs U Rock!!
It's been a long time since i've been back to Monday and Wednesday night classes at D3 and i have to say it was SOOO nice to see some old faces and new ones... :) and what great energy tonight i LOVED it.. What a great class!! Everyone looks great i'm so proud of everyone at D3. The changes in everyone are amazing. We've all come along way and Dre we would've never been able to do it without you. You're an amazing women and an inspiration to all of us and Thank You for believing in all of us.... Tonights class took me back to my first night at D3 almost 4yrs ago!! Can u believe it!!! Great Class Pookie i loved it!
I know we all have our moments and tonight i had mine... and Those of you who i had a chance to talk to tonight ..Thank you for all your kind words it truly helped me get thur my workout and take a not so happy moment for me and turn into a great one!! I really need that!!! :) Thank You!
Looking forward to seeing all of you next week if i don't see you the rest of this week...

V, you are so right, Wednesday night's class took me back to D3 in 07!! I sweated in places I didnt know I had sweat pores!! Crab walks aagh!!!What was also so amazing was that after that crazy workout you guys stayed another hour for your PT session!! I really take my hat off to you guys!! Go ladies!!
