Hello D3 Fam~
Wow!! Somebody done gone and pissed Mother Nature off cause she is really going hard on us! Thundersnow? Really? I hope everyone is staying safe and warm!!
Well, this is the 3rd week of my healthy eating transformation and I'm finally starting to get into the swing of it. It's great how everyone has been so supportive and I just love how many of us just instinctively "check-in" to make certain we're doing what we're supposed to. Not to mention I've gotten some great ideas for managing the food journaling~ yes, there's an app for that!! :) (thanks Diva Paulette)
It's not perfect yet and I've certainly had a few days where time simply got away from me and I look up and have forgotten to eat. I know, I know gotta stop that and I'm working on it but it's like I get so involved in something and I just won't stop until I finish. But on the plus side, I'm sleeping better, the sugar cravings are subsiding tremendously (not completely gone yet) and, at the risk of over sharing( but we're family right) I'm "going" more regularly than I ever have. I LOVE seeing these changes; having some success really is motivating me to keep it going and I know I'll have that long, lean, cut body that I've always wanted!
