Extreme Brickhouse Makeover

If you don't know now you knoooowww, you all are amazing! I am encouraged each time I step inside the doors of D3! To each of you who read my Member Spotlight and offered words of support and encouragement~ I'll take, I need it but most of all I THANK YOU!!

Well now the brick house renovation is going EXTREME. I'm in the middle of the second week of training and baaaabyyyy, INTENSE does not even BEGIN to describe this training. This is some true next level shigiddy and Dre will not accept anything less that your absolute best!! Talk about no half-assness! This training will sho nuff show you what you're made of and if you can't separate Dre the PT from Dre the Drill Diva from the laid back Dre YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE!! Can you believe I actually signed up for this?

Training and competing in a figure competition made it onto my unofficial bucket list since Diva Stephanie proved that 40 is the new Hot Thang!! :) So when the opportunity to join BAB's presented itself, I debated, was I truly ready? Did I have what it takes? Could I make it through to the end with out letting the group, Dre or myself down? These women are amazing; they've been at this 3 months already and yet they graciously accepted me into the group with all the support and encouragement as if I started day one with them. Vickie, Elena & Karlisa you all have been wonderful and beyond supportive ~ Not to mention you all are some sexy beast!!! I thank you. Dre, you somehow know exactly what I need to get me to dig a little deeper, run a little faster or pull just one more rep. Thank for always supporting, believing and encouraging me

We are about 13 weeks out from the competition and I've still got so much ground to cover and I must admit it, I'm a trifle scared and a bit freaked out. One thing's for certain training at this level will show you who you are and what you're made of. I think I'll stick it out and find out just who that is.
