Positive thinking...
I’ve been extremely hard on myself these past couple of weeks. But after reading Dre’s notes on my journal, I realized I need to relax a bit and focus on what I’ve accomplished thus far. Even though my schedule kept me from staying within the 3-4 hours between meals on a few days, Week 2 went by better than I anticipated. I have been eating better. I definitely feel more energized. I’m now going to bed at a decent hour each night. This has seriously helped my late night snacking habit, which was preventing me from getting into that certain size jeans in a couple of months ;-) I'm learning that its ok to congratulate myself for mini success towards my overall goal.
And to the Divas also doing the nutrition plan and BABS, you are all sooo inspirational!! I truly enjoy reading the blogs and pulling motivation from you!!
