Mad props to Nakia!!! You look absolutely FABULOUS! Okay, I forgot how Nakia get’s her workout on … but it didn’t take long before I remembered today at C3. From the burpee-push ups to the Tae-bo moves, we worked it on out tonight! Thanks for showing me YET ANOTHER DAMN area I have not worked … my hip-flexor was about to flex its way right on out of your class tonight (smile)!
Nakia & Mattie have both made me realize that I must step up my game with respect to clean-eating. I’ve definitely been eating “cleaner”, but I can’t help but imagine the results I can get – sooner – if I go hard. So beginning in MAY - 2 days - I’m committed to stepping up my game in this area!

Okay it’s on for real! One of my nurses grabbed my stomach and said “that’s your mark of motherhood”! ARGGG!!!! Now she meant it in a very complimentary fashion, but now you all know … I DON’T WANNA HERE THAT! Do you know how much fat has come off that area in the past few months???? That was once an area of great pride for me … and I’m gonna get it back. All I got to say is IT”S ON!!! Six-pack of ABs by August 1st!

Today was the “fit” test … I’m still here, but wow … I’ve really got to work on my endurance. We had to run 2 miles, but it felt like five. Man … just a few years ago, 2 miles was a warm-up for me. Oh well, just another goal to strive for.
