ROZZIE G WEEK sixteen

5/16/10 I went to the fitness competition to support Nakia yesterday. She looked great! Mad props to her! I stayed to watch what some of the other competitors looked like. I was particularly impressed with the men's category of 50 and up and 60 and up! You should have seen those guys! The 66yrs old that won looked phenomenal. It was inspiring to see. It got me wondering what I would have to do and go thru to build a really fit an muscular body...just gives me food for thought.
