ROZZIE G WEEK FIFTEEN

5/13 On Mothers Day Dre suggested I try the 5:50 am muscle conditioning class on Wednesday. I was like "yea right" who gets up that early to workout. Well apparently I do! I woke up at 4 am afraid i might miss my time but went back to sleep then got up at 5 am and made it to the class. I am proud of myself. The class was good. People DO ACTUALLY COME TO THIS:)

I am still having knee issues so I had to take it easy on the knee stuff but there was plenty upper body challenging going on. Dont tell Dre but I might actually try the class again.

I am taking today off to ice my knee and give it a rest. i will figure out something for tomorrow.

I keep telling myself I have to make it to November!

Yesterday, I finally wore some pants that fit better. I cant tell you how many people came up to me to tell me how good I looked and what a good job I am doing and that they could really see the weight loss.

It was a good feeling. It made me feel like I wanted to keep going and see where I end up.
